Ruthie from Santa Monica, for her continued help on the west coast. From covering The Mill Valley Film Festival to her sharing of new Billy photos. She added much to the 2001 pages.
Sue for being there since the beginning, from AOL to our present onelist and fanclub. Without her friendship and the first two great meetings with Billy (covering one Kismet Screening in Malibu and the only fan so far to seeLooking For Jimmy)at the AFI in LA. She was the first fan from the fanclub to meet Billy and her class got us a real in with Mr. Wirth. Many thanks to my dear friend who just happens to be a Billy Wirth fan, also.
JudyLynn for coming on board early on and helping us obtain tapes of Billy we had never seen before. And for recently, scooping an old article and sharing it with fans. Maxine still remembers talking to Judy Lynn and finding out they are both New Yorkers and were employed by the same company and got the buy-out at the same time, what a small world. Her loyalty is unsurpassed!
Mia For sharing her collection of Billy Wirth memorabilia and allowing the fan club to use her photos for the site. For helping Cyndie get Kismet, working professionally with Sheri and for being so sweet and generous. Maxine of course has a dear long time friendship with Mia, she has helped her and let her vent many times --- and for that and her kind heart Maxine (and Cyn) will always grateful.
To All The Fans Who supported the Relief Fund Raiser Shirt Project, and continue to do so, your thoughts, prayers and support have meant a lot to Billy and his hometown. Also a SPECIAL THANKS to Chris Parker at Star Pages for his continued support with our Relief Banner, and to the National FanClub Association for their Relief Support. It is help like this that gets the message out.
The fans at billywirth@yahoogroups.com , formerly known as the "onelist", for helping us grow, encouraging and sometimes chastising us. We have learned a lot along the way and will continue to learn and grow. What the list has done the most is teach us where our priorities lie (to BILLY).
Those Who Have Been Invaluable To BillyWirthFanClub.com
Mark Del Vecchio for helping Cyndie claim the url www.billywirth.com for Billy and www.BillyWirthFanClub.com for Cyndie.
Tom Cichowicz Webmaster extraordinaire - probably the best web master around - for setting up the site, and for the continued encouragement in maintaining it. Although our paths have taken different directions - and Cyndie has felt the loss professionally, her heart will always have a special place for a very special person. Does Monty Python still rule?
Those Who Have Encouraged, Welcomed, Contributed to the Billy Wirth Fan Club
Loma Mathias for the encouragement, friendship and acknowledgement and helping Cyndie in more ways than she could ever thank her for.
Karen Martin for being there since the AOL days, a true Billy fan and special thanks to her for the first snappys we had. It was because of her I invested in expanding my scanning ability... Equalizer, Am. Glads, to mention a few. Since those early scans we have grown and it was because of Karen and her little machine. A great friendship helping Maxine in more ways than she could ever thank her for.
Robin Gregg for her laughter, embracing nature and making it possible for Cyndie to make contact with Sheri and see Billy's directing debut, Kismet. For opening her home to her, and her welcoming wonderful family (notably Al & Al), sharing her enthusiasm and growing friendship, her lessons on honor and respect, I will always remember.
Monica Hilhorst, for sharing her information, for pitching in and for staying up late at night to chat. Monica has also searched out and found some great photos and links. She has made some original scans and generously allowed us to put them up. She is truly a treasure! And her time and energy in creating Billy's birthday card from the onelist. Max remembers many a long night of detective work with Dr. Watson! It was always "Wirth" the effort we went thru.
David Goyer and Jim Noon for putting up with rabid fans early on when they were hungry for any news about Billy -- and for taking part in the first message board on AOL.
Chud for sharing the first Dust N' Bones candids and background stories with our site.Shay and Silvia for sharing their pictures and narrations to put up on the site.
Kelley Fulford for the early Web TV scans for Martial Law, The Fence, Boys on the Side, Final Mission and lots of the stuff behind the movie boxes!
Gretchen for her friendship, her love of Billy Wirth and all her special time helping Max maintain her sanity and keep looking.
Denise, Mary Jo, Penny & DaNita for their great collages and adding another great LOOK for fans.
Kudos to each Other
Maxine Monterville. Without her, I would not have gotten as far as I did in getting wonderful pictures, lots of trivia information and her sharing of that information. Because of BILLY I have gained a partner in the continuing crusade to promote BILLY in every positive way possible. Because we have different temperaments and backgrounds, this makes for a diverse and exciting site. We both agree that we have Billy's best interests in mind.
Special thanks for maintaining and updating the site for the past year and a half. Because of health, family situations, and a myriad of other incidents, she has kept up the news and web design and continued to encourage fans to visit often.----Cyndie
Cyndie for inviting me to come on board and help out with the onelist and later BillyWirthFanClub.com. I have learned a lot from her and her web knowledge. Since deciding to join in a partnership and become partners of this site I have been walking on air. We have discovered that this web business is too much for one person and by sharing our thoughts, talents, love and respect for Billy Wirth, we can build an awesome site that Billy and every Billy Wirth fan can be proud of. Her friendship has helped me every day and I hope she feels the same.
We are looking forward to a bigger and better year for all the fans and with a little help from Mr. Wirth, his friends and business managment we can help him achieve some of his dreams. It is an honor to work for a great talent and with a loving and caring friend. ----Maxine
