Hello Everyone,

Well, we made it back to reality and I wanted to drop a short line on my take of Billy Wirth and the experience. Beth and Penny will be adding their own pages as days go by and I will add a multi page day to day trip plan and a few pages of photos as we go along.

It was more than the three of us could have every wished or dreamed. From our first meeting with Billy until the closing night I felt it was all surreal.

For all my friends out there for these many years and all of you on the onelist who know I have been a fan since 1987 and working to promote Billy since 1994 no explanation to you is needed but I want all readers to know how I felt.

Just let me say the girls and I talked before going and made some ground rules, we did not impose or track down Billy, we stuck to screenings, the award show, and the closing.--- Billy's personal time and business time was just that his business. Believe me we were put to the test when Billy asked if we were coming along on two occasions to different parties, we stuck to our plan and gave the man space.

Billy went out of his way after the first meeting to spend time with us. I did get time to discuss the fanclub site, upcoming projects, his take on fan support of his projects, and their loyally and commitment to supporting him.

He will be working the festival circuit for a few more months and will get back to MacArthur Park and other projects.

I can tell all fans there are some surprises and great changes coming to the fanclub site. As Billy feels he can share some of his new projects and upcoming events, he will be updating us.

I found a truly kind, caring reserved honest human being who lacked any arrogance, ego or attitude. I had the good fortune to see and observe Billy at many different facets and it was a great learning tool.

From the casual first meeting to the screening, to a social award event, to a closing night I stood back and watched and what I saw was a very in control caring soul who had time for everyone, gave of himself openly to everyone and every question. Took the time whenever he was stopped to spend time and energy on fans, business associates, anyone.

Billy was under no obligation to spend the time and energy he did with us and for that we were very honored.

We were given permission to tape all Q& A's, at the awards, and the closing, so as I get to it we will be adding new information.

We will also be featuring some photos of his friend Stacy, everyone will be hearing more about Stacy as time goes on. He is a filmmaker, and a kind and loving man and we were all impressed by him.

He is long time friend and associate of Billy's and it was very easy to see the trust and honesty they shared. Stacy has been working with Billy for over seven years and on MacArthur Park for three. He will be handling more projects for Billy in the future.

Also at the festival was Producer Maricel Pagulayan a very intelligent woman with a great smile, who is on top of all that is going on, and her talent and expertise was very easy to see. There is a very defiant bond between her, Billy and MacArthur Park.

As I told Billy when we were leaving, now that I really know first hand the type of person I have been working for, this fanclub is here until he pulls the plug. He makes it very easy to want to do all you can for him.

I can assure all fans your love and support of his man and his projects are "WirthWhile" and appreciated by Billy more than you know

For those of you who really know me you will get the point of this note, I can say after meeting Billy I found myself in a calm place after a long time and happy with myself and this fanclub site. I have more self confidence in myself and this site than I have had in a long time..... and we are here to for Billy his projects and his fans for as long as he wants and needs us.

I hope you will all come back as our storyline unfolds and enjoy the trip as much as we did.

I have added a photo I hope makes everyone smile. You will note from my expression I am not really there and have left the building all ready. You will see from the photo that Billy is a real person and has a hysterical sense of humor. And for all of you wondering on a scale of 1 - 10 as a "hugger" Billy is a 12 and I know Bethy and Penny will agree.

To those of you who I promised I would put up my photo only if and when Billy was in it, pay back time is here so I hope you get a smile.
